Replacing DETAILS_2 with EXTRA_REF in a Report
1. From the list of reports select the report you wish to edit, and click Edit.
The selected report appears.
2. Select the variable DETAILS_2 and delete the variable.
The DETAILS_2 variable is removed.
3. From the Object tool bar select the Variable drop-down list, and choose EXTRA_REF.
The drop-down list disappears.
4. Place this new variable in your report (where you have just removed the DETAILS_2 variable from).
The EXTRA_REF variable will now appear on the document.
5. Select File from the menu bar and click Save.
The Layout is now saved.
Your report has now been saved with the EXTRA_REF variable instead of the DETAILS_2 and you will now be able to run the report without the warning message.
If you have amended the variable displayed on the report and in the filter and you are still experiencing the error when you run the report the variable will be displayed elsewhere within the report.
